We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- A "Skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen reader users.
- The whole site can be navigated using a keyboard, with visible focus styles.
- Meaningful text alternatives for images.
- Headings and landmarks structured so assistive technology can navigate the page.
- Animations are reduced or switched off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Text can be zoomed up to 200% and the layout adapts to small screens.
- Colour contrast chosen to support readability on the dark theme.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
