Present and past projects to improve the quality of work based learning teaching resources, distance learning, blended learning and e-Learning technologies. At the Institute for Work Based Learning and for other organisations.

A Hands-on Thinker, grounded in practical activity and experience:

1. As a Programme Adviser, teaching work based students online.
2. Extensive professional broadcasting skills in production audio, stills, graphics and publication design ffor education.
3. Video is the learning tool 'to hand' at the moment.

An enquiry into Neuroscience and Metaphor

1. Inspired by my extensive video interviews with work based learning practitioners of all kinds.
2. The study is to understand the reasons for candidate's sense of personal satisfaction and 'wholeness' experienced in their life changing company based projects.
3. These elements appear to be an important cause of improvements in efficency, effectiveness, and involvement.
   
4. Such 'intangibles' are key components in the success of their business.
