A role play interview devised by Dr Pauline Armsby as an example on good practice for staff working with D.Prof candidates at the Institute for Work Based Learning. Pauline takes the role of the candidate, and is in discussion with Peter, who takes the role of Module Leader or Programme Adviser.
Duration: 30 minutes with an introduction by Pauline.
