Background

Tony is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of the peer reviewed journal ‘Reflective Practice: International and Multidisciplinary Perspectives’
Tony is the founder and Director of a social enterprise, called Reflective Learning-UK and Visiting Professor at Luleå University of Technology, Sweden.
His expertise is as a social entrepreneur & strengths-based, performance & organisational strategist. He is a member of the action learning centre NorAforsk, Tromsø, Norway and senior international consultant for BGU in Beijing, China.
Tony is the founder of New Vista Publications. His enduring commitment is to try to use strengths-based approaches, especially participatory and appreciative action and reflection (PAAR), to build and sustain improved performance, lives and livelihoods for individuals, groups, organisations and communities. This involves strengthening people-in-places so that they are able to act creatively, ethically and with moral courage.
